FAVORITES FRIDAY - Cohosting, 250th Blog Post and a Link up Party !

I am so thrilled to be co-hosting the weekly Fashion Boutique Favorites with CLK fashions and IRIS of love Iris. They are both gorgeous ladies and have a spectacular sense of blogging.When I received an email from CLK fashions for an opportunity to co-host her first linkup party of the Fashion Boutique favorites series, I was overjoyed and said yes. Soon after, I kind of went brain dead. I was clueless as this was my first of this kind and also the 250th blog post so it had be unique and I personally did not want to let down my lovely co-hosts, who are fairly established in this field. Thanks to one of my co-hosts for the kind email that outlined the entire post...and bingo, jackpot won !!

It was a vigorous effort on my part to narrow down my favorites category contenders. It was like asking a Mom to pick her darling child.....whooo! Anyhoo, I was able to taper down my faves in the clothing and accessory group. So following are my favorite picks from items acquired in the past 6-8 months.

the skirt- ( original post HERE ) The 'IT' skirt you need in your closet to be a party to the fashion wannabes league. Animal print in green is sure to get some heads turning. ( off course in a good way) .

the blouse- ( original post HERE ) It is soft and feminine and the neck tie adds the right dose of drama to this beauty. It's a neutral so is wearable with any thing and everything.

the vest- ( original postHERE ) This one in a thick jacquard makes the ideal outer for the not so cold days. Wear it with a skirt, or a pair of shorst or even a dress, it's a win-win in all.

the pants- ( original post HERE ) I have worn this in a row for 2 days to 2 different events. I guess saying this confirms my love for it.

the dress- ( original post HERE ) I have worn this once but if read my post here , you will know why I adore this one.
