Yes, there are tons of posts throughout the interwebs highlighting different easter eggs that were in the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary, The Day of the Doctor. We know you see River’s shoes in the Black Archives, and get a quick glimpse of Capaldi’s eyes, however my favorite easter egg from the special, that’s not been highlight greatly, was the numbers that The Doctor was carving into the stone in the Tower of London, which proved to be the activation code for the vortex manipulator.
The numbers read: 1716231163, or: 17:16 23/11/63 which is the date and time of the airing of the first episode An Unearthly Child!
