Today June begins. According to some, it is the first day of summer and it feels like it, but last week felt like winter, it was grey, cold and wet, not what you hope from May and the weather app on my phone suggests that summer will be over by bed time as temperatures are set to drop, again, clouds are back to taking over the sky ones more and rain will fall, this is not what you want from the first days of summer, this is not sunglasses weather, well, not your every day sunnies anyway.

The Scottish brand are hoping to change the way we see summer with their wayfarer style lenses purely for style purposes and come in four colours but it is all about the lenses. There's clearly demand for these as on May 7th they opened up an IndieGoGo account to raise money so that they could get the ball rolling. They set a target of £9,400 and with just five days of their month long campaign they have had received an incredible £272,607, demand has been crazy.
