Fashion Risks

What do you do on days when your closet rebels, your clothes don't fit right, your brain ceases functioning and nothing inspires your dressing aka you are in your PMS days ????? Let me answer this one........ all you do is you mix up all the favorite pieces from your closet, both old and new, both on-trend and off-trend and the result... an outfit that is husband-approved......kudos to me ! Of course there is a non-life threatening risk of over-doing the trends, but if you hit the bullseye, you might end up surprising yourself, in all fashionable ways. I went through this above mentioned rebellious fashion phase past weekend, when I had the fleeting impression that I nothing to wear despite a closet full of clothes. Well, I was supposed to meet a few bloggers over a Sunday brunch and as acknowledged, even an hour later of rummaging through my closet......I didn't know what to wear . So.......( a deep sigh ) I decided to go with the flow and trust me ....I am totally in love with my in-a-jiffy-outfit ...It is a harmonious mix of different textures and patterns with a few color pops, that work well all together without fighting much attention . Lesson learnt- stop being a control freak, take fashion risks and let your emotions guide you through the outfit planning process..... you'll still be the winner !
