Rockers Fall Out Boy took to social media this morning to announce the launch of their summer tour with Paramore and New Politics. Although Toronto is the only Canadian date listed so far there are openings in July which could fit nicely with a stop at Ottawa Bluesfest. I would predict that FOB would be in the first week of Bluesfest as they have the 4th and 5th of July open, I guess time will tell.
Here are the details of the announcement: So it’s been a year full of surprises for us and we figured we’d kick off 2014 in the same way. We are Insanely excited to announce this summer tour with Paramore… It’s great to get the chance to share the stage with a band we have never toured with that has their own unique legacy… So glad that our buddies in New Politics will be there too… This summer is gonna be an unforgettable one for sure… See you on the road… MONUMENTOUR or bust.
