Facebook incorporates iTunes gift at your service

The social network Facebook announced Monday that it will incorporate the Apple iTunes music store to its new service presents.

“Starting today with Facebook Gifts, you can instantly make gifts to your friends and recommend iTunes digital albums, movies, games, applications and more available in the store,” said Facebook in a statement.

The iTunes digital gifts will be available in amounts ranging from 10 to 15, 25 and 50 dollars and at the moment is a service available to U.S. users of Facebook.

Facebook incorporated in September the function that allows users to send cakes, coffee, soft toys or other gifts to their friends in the social network. And said the service would expand gradually, starting with the United States.

Users can click on icons that look like gift boxes wrapped in a variety of stores, and then send their friends virtual cards privately or publicly through their personal wall.

Facebook shares rose 7.9% to stand at $ 25.91 in afternoon shift, reaching its highest level since late July. Its starting price on the stock exchange in May was $ 38 but had fallen in recent months amid fears that do not generate revenue.
