FAB BAG June 2015 'TAKE CHARGE' Review

Hello girls,Hope you all had a lovely weekend. I was unwell with stomach infection and low BP during the weekend  hence I was just taking rest as I was completely drained. Anyhoo I am recovering now and much better but not completely. Receiving a FAB BAG every month is like a gift to yourself. I always get excited when it arrives and to know the products I am going to receive. Let me admit initially I was not a big fan of subscription boxes but FAB BAG did change my mind as it is one of the most popular and affordable subscription service. They have improved a lot in terms of their service as far as I know and would get better in future.

FAB BAG is a subscription service which can be opted for a single month, 3 months, half year or for the entire year. The longer the duration of your subscription the more discount you get☺I also like the fact that they keep in mind your likes and dislikes while sending you the product for which you need to answer a set of questions for them to send you the products..

Their prices of the subscription services are as follows:Monthly - Rs. 599/-3 months -  Rs. 499/- a month6 months - Rs. 449/- per monthThe Whole year -  Rs. 399/- per month.

Price of this bag is Rs.599/- You can buy it hereThe products came in a deep maroon black kind of pouch which is soft and has leather like texture. It looks very classy to me. The best part I like is that you get a new pouch every month which is really exciting and can be used as a make pouch while traveling and store some goodies otherwise too. It comes with a booklet called the  FAB POST with details of the make up/skin care which is in the current month's bag and otherwise too which are available for purchase on their website.All the goodies were nicely placed inside the bag and came without any damage.

Let us look into the products I received this time and they are as follows:1. Cuccio Colour - Fountains of Versailles Nail Paint (Rs.675/-  for 13ml )Honestly I have not heard about this brand but if you know me I like to try anything and everything as I am an experimental person when it comes to make up/skincare. I like this color a lot a lot and I have nothing like that in my collection.

2. Cuccio Naturale Butter Blend - Pomegranate & Fig (Rs. 2790/- for 240gm)I got a sample size of 9.24g which is a decent amount and better than what I got last month which was the Clarins one. It can be used on hands, feet and body too. I am excited to try it out as it contains pomegranate and fig and see how it works for me.

3. Votre Fresh Cooling Sun Protection Mist SPF 25 (Rs.980/- for 100ml)I received a 50 ml size worth Rs. 400/- for 50ml. It is a clear light weight liquid which can be sprayed on the face and acts like a sunscreen. It definitely gives a cooling as I tried it. It does not smell like anything and I like this product as I have not tried anything like this before.

4. Ananda Spa Light Moisturiser for Oily Skin (Rs. 1350/- for 50gm)I think this is a full sized product if I am not mistaken although nothing is mentioned on the packaging. It also says to avoid if pregnant. I sniffed it - it has a Ayurvedic smell and I have not tried it yet but I am sure this will work for my oily skin.

5. All Good Scents Perfume ( Father's Day Bonus) - Rockstar (Rs.1500/- for 100ml)I liked the fragrance  of the perfume but the cover of the bottle was missing and I did not like that as the perfume tends to evaporate. Anyhoo it is perfect to carry in your purses while traveling.

Overall this month's FAB BAG is decent for Rs. 599/- you pay you get products worth much more than the actual value. Imagine the nail polish is only Rs.675/- hence the price is quite justified in what products you get. I am happy with the products I got I only wish more make up is included in the bags and this is my opinion as I have tonnes of skin care products.
