Essie Van D'Go

By Behindtheseclosedeyes @theseclosedeyes
Just a quick NOTD with Essie's Van D'Go. Now I probably have enough peach polishes in my collection but I found that they were very orange toned and so I was on the lookout for a more pinky toned peach. At first I came across A Crewed Interest which is one of the new polishes from this year's SS collection but it again was more orange toned and looked very similar to Barry M's Peach Melba. After hearing so many great things about Van D'Go I had to give it a look and voila, here it is.

Application was nice enough with an opaque finish in 2 coats and so far so good for the staying power. I'm in love with this shade of peach as it is very pink and can also look a bit coral and neon in some lights. A bit of a weird combination I know, but it's just one of these polishes that I think will be perfect with a tan in the summer. I bought this nail polish from the seller beautyzone2007 on eBay who sells the likes of Essie, OPI and China Glaze for around 5 pounds each (I think Van D'Go was 4 something) with P&P from the US bumping the price up a little bit more. All in all I think I paid just over £6 and it arrived in less than a week which I was very impressed with.
