Today I have a polish from Essence to share with you. I'm The Boss! is a polish that was on my wish list and I ended up with three bottles from European swaps I did last year. It's a gray with silver microglitter. The first two coats were patchy, but after three coats it was even. It dries much darker than in the bottle, but it's still really nice.

Isn't it pretty?!! I wanted to do an accent nail, so I used Pure Nail Lacquer's Blameless and did a gradient with I'm The Boss! I then added a coat of Hits Hefesto. I topped it off with Underground Nails Quickie Dry Top Coat.

I really liked the contrast of the accent nail with this mani. I'm so happy to have I'm The Boss! in my stash. I have nothing like it.What do you guys think of I'm The Boss!? Did you ever get this one?
