What sailor doesn't want to? If only! A new book titled Sail Away: How to Escape the Rat Race and Live the Dream is designed for just that - help you figure out how to build a plan for long-term cruising. While no one book can cover in enough detail everything you really need to know and think about, this isn't a bad start for would-be cruisers with little or no experience to get a taste of what's involved. This book doesn't have a lot of value for more experienced sailors, but if you haven't completed your winter armchair sailing yet, here's a list of some good sailing books to check out.
