Attention Beauty and Skincare Lovers! I am a huge fan of Epsom salts and there are so many DIYs you can do using these salts. Galentine's Day (as seen on Parks and Recreation) is not yet a national holiday; however, that doesn't mean you can't celebrate . "On the day before romantic couples celebrate Valentine's Day, Galentine's Day is a great excuse to get your best girlfriends together for an amazing day of friendship and female empowerment." I really enjoyed trying a few DIY Epsom Salt recipes. Continue reading to learn about these DIYs and how to create them yourself. Also, let me know what your favorite DIY Epsom salt recipes are and if you are going to be celebrating Galentine's Day.

Microdermabrasion Facial:
This is hands down my favorite DIY I have tried in a very long time. It is amazing! All you have to do is mix 1/2 tsp of Epsom salt with your favorite cleanser. I mixed it with Philosophy's Purity Made Simple Cleanser. This scrub is just so awesome and I don't think I will ever need to purchase another scrub. You can feel it scrubbing away dead skin cells, but it is not harsh at all. It honestly feels so amazing and my skin was left glowing. I just wanted to keep touching my skin because it felt so soft and looked so smooth. I highly recommend trying Epsom salts in this way. I think you are going to love this scrub as much as me.
Pedicure Perfection:

I really enjoyed this DIY! It was so easy because I just poured 1/2 cup of Epsom salt into warm water. The Epsom salt dissolved very quickly and was extremely relaxing. I soaked my feet for a little over 15 minutes. Afterwards, my feet felt so relaxed. I then used some Epsom salt as a foot scrub and it really worked. I could tell a lot of my dry skin was being removed. I will definitely continue using this DIY because I really loved it.
