The unsustainable economy—world-wide and here in the US--are working toward their inevitable crash. Not at the same time or at the same rate, necessarily, but the end, which may still be a ways off, is coming.
I’m not talking about the end of mankind, or the end of the fundamental economic behavior of mankind, but the end of the current economic order.(And no, I’m not talking about the end of capitalism and its replacement with socialism or communism.)
The end will be chaotic, and probably violent, but the current economic order come to an end, and will be replaced by something else. What that something else will be is the topic of this show. It's a farewell to jobs as we know them, some in the near term, many more in the future.
What forces are devouring the jobs of today? Will new jobs emerge to replace them?
