This year the exam will take place on April 3, 2016 and on April 9-10, 2016. Last year around 13 lakhs students appeared for JEE Main and among them top 2 lakhs rank holders were shortlisted for the next round, JEE Advanced conducted for admissions in IITs and ISM.
