This week, I’ll be sharing my favorite engagement rings in our most popular budgets. The average ring at RLJ sells for anywhere from $4,000 – $8,000, (which makes sense, with he average US engagement ring falling right around $5,000.) We have a generous amount grooms who do shop above this budget, but for the most part, we want to ensure we have a huge selection for our guys shopping in that budget.
Now that we’re halfway through this week’s budget engagement ring series, you’ll see more and more variety. There is a big difference in what $4000 can buy vs. what $6000 does – though you should always keep in mind how you can maximize your budget using the 4 C’s.
Today, let’s zone in on some $6000 and under beauties.
I love the warmth of this stunning asscher cut chocolate diamond. I extra love the rose gold setting with two of everything – double pave shanks, a double soft square halo, and double the richness thanks to its rosy hue. The center stone is about 1 carat. Approximately 0.42ctw of Round Brilliant Diamonds. Diamonds are G in color and I1-SI2 in clarity.
This three stone is different from what you typically see, thanks to three marquise diamonds. They’re 2 carats total with H/I color and VS clarity, wrapped in a pretty platinum mounting.
This diamond cluster ring is $5000 for a ton of diamonds. The center stone is a Round Brilliant diamond Center stone. Diamond is G/H in color and SI in clarity. Approximately 1.25ctw of Round Brilliant accent diamonds. Diamonds are G/H in color and SI in clarity.
This two tone Simon G. mosaic ring is one of my all time favorites, regardless of price. It’s Approximately .73ctw of white and pink diamonds set in 18 karat white and rose (though it does dome in yellow variations too.)
Finally, this 14 karat white gold setting holds .72 carats total of G color, VVS2 clarity round brilliant diamonds with a .37 carat center stone also G in color VVS2 in clarity.
