End of May #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I’m thirty minutes shy of my May goal of 1100 minutes — I should be able to make that happen today! I’m managing just enough variety, I think, so I’m going to stick to minutes for now as my measurement — the flexibility of when and how I exercise really helps me stick to a daily plan, even if the routine varies somewhat from day to day. With that, I haven’t missed a day of exercise in seven months! That includes some stretching on Christmas Day and a walk on my birthday.

I’ll stick with 1100 minutes as my goal for June.
