It’s that time of the month for empties! I went through a lot of makeup wipes this month. I don’t know how I managed to do that.
WOTNOT Facial Wipes, $7.95 (25 wipes)
These are by far my favourite makeup wipes. I did a full review on them here, if you’re interested in reading my thoughts on them. I’m definitely repurchasing these.
‘L’ by Gwen Stefani (50mL EDP)
This is my signature scent and recently I went to a local Priceline store where the 50mL were on sale for $20. I picked up FIVE of them because I just can’t get enough of them. I carry one in my handbag all the time for a refresher.
Swisspers Naturals 5 Refreshing Facial Cleansing Wipes in Cucumber, $1.99
Although they’re not my favourite makeup wipe, I always carry a small pack in my makeup bag just in case I need to. They’re pretty handy, they do the job, they smell amazing and they’re very affordable. Repurchasing.
Kiehl’s Creme De Corps Soy Milk & Honey Body Polish, $38.00 (200mL)
I LOVE this product. I first saw it in one of Kate’s (of Gh0st Parties) videos and I had to try it out and since then I haven’t looked back. I finished this one in just over two weeks and I’ve already purchased a new one. It’s just the best body scrub EVER!
Lush’s ‘Honey, I Washed the Kids’ Shower Gel, $22.95 (500g)
This product too me FOREVER to finish! I’m a huge fan of the Honey, I Washed the Kids soap and thought I’d give this one a go and see how I like it. It’s OK, it does smell similar to the soap but I prefer the soap over the shower gel. It’s also safe to use on animals – I’ve bathed LC with it numerous times and she smelled amazing afterwards. I don’t think I’ll repurchase this because I prefer the soap.
Face of Australia Nail Polish Remover, $3.49 (110mL)
I just finished one of these. Nothing special, just the standard nail polish remover at a great price.
ChiChi Viva La Diva matte lipstick, $18.95
I finished one of these lippies just this week and I’m fairly certain I have another one in the same shade floating around in my lipstick collection somewhere. They’re a great creamy matte lipstick with very high colour payoff and will last on your lips for hours! I don’t know what other ChiChi lipsticks are like but this particular one stained my lips a bit which I didn’t mind too much. They are a little drying but I think that just comes with most matte lipsticks anyway; the creaminess makes up for it.
