I love fondue, and recently had the opportunity to try Emmi's original made with authentic Le Gruyère AOC and Emmentaler AOC cheeses from Switzerland. It was delicious and convenient; ready to heat and serve right out of the package and done in just a few minutes. I can't wait to check out some of the other varieties like the gorgonzola (all available online).
