Now time to share next alphabet i.e. E for “Eggless Tutti Fruity Cake” under baking theme, its taste like a Britannia fruit cake. I never tried cakes in oven before; it’s my first attempt. So I choose one of my blogger friend Aarthi’s space “Yummy Tummy”. She has well known and fantastic blog and wonderful person by nature. If you want more detail go with her blog. For this recipe you have to fold the dry ingredients with wet ingredients and prepare smooth batter to bake it. If you want to bake the cake in bigger size then go with double quantity of every ingredient. It’s really easy and simple recipe of eggless cake because there is no need of butter and eggs both. Even you can replace the tutti fruiti with raisins or any other dry fruits. Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cooking Time: 60 minutes Servings: 4 Category: Baking Recipe Source: Yummy Tummy Ingredients: 1 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 Tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Condense Milk 1/2 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Oil 1 Tsp. Vanilla Essence 1 Cup Tutti Fruity
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180 degree cel for 15 minutes in baking mode. Grease the baking tray and dust with flour. Sieve the APF, baking soda and baking powder together twice times. Sprinkle little flour over the tutti fruity and toss well. Combine the oil, vanilla essence and sugar together and beat till to fluffy into separate bowl. Add condense milk and milk and whisk till to smooth. Add the sieve flour into wet mixture and mix well. Add tutti fruity and again mix it. Pour the batter into baking tray and bake it for 50 minutes at least. Insert the toothpick in center to check the cake baked properly or not. Keep aside to cool for few minutes. Now cake is ready to serve with tea or coffee.
Note: for more flavor, you can replace the tutti fruity with dry fruits.
