It’s been quite some time since I shared a real mouth-watering foodie post with you. This morning I made my handsome man 'Eggies in a Basket' with a slice of classic cheddar cheese and Field Roast. Field Roast is one of his favorite vegetarian staples for protein. As absurdly scrumptious as this meal looked I chose to stick to my green shake. Summer is on its way (well here in the desert its pretty much here) and I haven't exactly been working on my sun tan body. For me, 'Eggies in a Basket' has a childhood nostalgic feel to it and even though I didn't blissfully consume any of it, making it for my man felt pretty excellent.
