It's my favorite time of year...summer! For me, that means lots of outdoor summer parties with my family and friends. As usual, we fire up the grill and make some of our grilled favorites. In fact, she's the one who inspired this recipe for mac and cheese empanadas. We first tried them at a local Puerto Rican restaurant, and I knew I had to come home and make them.
