The Times Of India reports that in an Indian town called West Midnamore, a herd of 50 elephants were drawn out of a forest after smelling the strong smell of an alcoholic drink called Mahua.
The elephants raided a shop, guzzling 18 containers of the drink, and ransacked nearby huts in search of more booze. Fortunately, it appears from the article, nobody was injured.
3 Worse Places To Store Alcohol Than Near A Herd Of Drunk Rampaging Elephants
1. On an airplane in a sequel to Denzel Washington’s movie Flight: Flight 2: Elephant Cargo Plane Zoo.
2. At an elephant spelling bee. It would be really embarrassing for a few drunk elephants to ruin the world’s elephants reputation of never forgetting things.
3. In a massive distillery near a herd of drunk elephants who are also addicted to cigarettes. Public elephant service announcement: do not light a cigarette in the distillery, rampaging elephants!
