Dropping Into Vanilla Ink

By Jollygoodstudio @JollyGoodStudio
On Saturday I headed through to Vanilla Ink again to take part in the first of their new drop in sessions. On the last Saturday of every month the workshop will be opened up to those who have attended their intermediate class and also for any jewellers looking to make use of the facilities. I for one couldn't wait to take full advantage of this excellent space and plan to continue to do so. I'm already thinking about what to make next time I visit.
On this occasion I used the time to finish the ring I started  in the Intermediate class way back in April. Since I already had a lot of the components done I can't believe it took me all day to assemble it! I'm blaming the fact I'm out of practice and am hoping monthly sessions in the workshop will allow me to speed up my skills.  Even if it did take forever,  I am very please with me creepy little creation. What do you think?

I am getting very much into nail art at the moment so to coordinate with my new ring I decided to add some faces to my nails. Going for a slightly weird Picasso style
