For every Great Britain - even those who have done everything possible to avoid any sort of sport over the last month, last night was a night to be proud. Britain's Jessica Ennis, Greg Rutherford & Mo Farah took over the Athletics & the Olympic Stadium and all went home with a Gold medal, all of which took place after the Men's Rowing Four, the Women's Double Skulls and the Cycling Women's team pursuit bagged 3 more golds - pretty successful day then!
So for those of you who want to fly the flag for Great Britain but don't want to look like Ginger Spice doing so, here is my 'Dressing For:' Guide to supporting Team GB.
