Terrified workers rushed to escape a building engulfed in flames by jumping out of high windows and racing down stairs with the blaze at their heels.
The fire tore through a massage parlour on the restaurant strip of Rundle Street in the Adelaide koi cbd oil benefits – https://justpaste.it/ – about 6pm with the blaze quickly spreading through the three-storey building.
Dramatic footage of the scene showed occupants climbing out windows or using torches to light their way through thick smoke as they raced down stairs to safety.

Witnesses told
Fire and ambulance crews as well as police detectives were on the scene, which was next to the historic Exeter Hotel.
At least four people were treated by paramedics after inhaling smoke and suffering minor injuries.

ShareMetropolitan Fire Service said nine fire engines and two command vehicles containing 36 firefighters responded to the blaze – which was extinguished by 7pm.
Police said they suspected the fire was deliberately lit.
A crime scene was established and people advised to steer clear of the area. Any witnesses are asked to call police.
