So you want a new pop song that you can tap your foot to or your fingers to? Well this download of the week is going to have an answer for you. That answer is going to be singer/songwriter Carrie Lane’s new single “Found You”.
“Found You” starts off with just an acoustic guitar then everything kicks in right when she starts singing. The way everything is layered together so perfectly this is really a great pop song.
Writing for the lyrics are also done so well that I thought Taylor Swift wrote them. That is really a huge compliment because Taylor Swift can write some amazing lyrics. Carrie’s vocals throughout the song are also very dead on along with the instruments. Having singer/songwriters like her is what makes my passion for music grow.
Once you are done listening to this song she really does leave you wanting more. That is a good thing because her debut album will be out later this year.
