I was lucky enough to catch this shot on a boat trip from Armadale on Skye to Knoydart. I knew there was a huge pod of dolphins around in the Sound of Sleat at the time. They decided to come past and put on a show for us – it was amazing to see dolphins leaping across the full width of the Sound. Estimates I’ve seen have said there are up to 200 dolphins in the pod. This is just one of them.
