Diy Survey, Assessments Links

By Survivingana @survivingana

First things first. I apologize for the ads I sometimes get on my blog. Unfortunately this is a free wordpress blog and the consequence is that they (WordPress) place ads on my posts. I have no say in the types of ads put there, nor in the ability to remove them. Sometimes the ads are at a BIG variance of the topic of this blog.

Getting up the courage to see someone if you think you have a Mental Health Issue illness can be very difficult. The reasons (excuses) you come up with will always out weigh the fact you need to seek help. Often many start online. It can be eye opening to be confronted with what you thought was normal behaviour, is in fact not. Below are some links to reputable sites for tests, quizzes, assessments that might help you.

But the outcome of the surveys will not magically provide you with support. If you test ‘positive’ it means you seek help, not put your head in the sand and hope it goes away or deny the outcome.
