this's not something that I personally do, but there are people who will consider doing it and I understand their cuisine, I think is a great thing to do because it may it easier and faster to post to 100 group at once, obviously if you don't have a facebook auto poster, then you would manually posting to each of that group individually.To have an idea on what you should write for your advertisement, you can just look at some people that are doing a really good job selling solo ads like the one below.
