Dinner Al Fresco

It was so beautiful tonight that I had dinner out on the patio - black bean, cocoa, honey, & pepita burger on an oroweat thin with laughing cow, spinach, and a fried egg to top it off.  Plus a side of steamed broccoli and strawberries.  The perfect dinner for a wonderful spring night!

Food is falling out at me every time I open the freezer and things are crammed in there so tight I'm worried about the thing cooling properly, so I think it's time to start chipping away at the frozen food stockpile!
