Fiber is available in a lot of food varieties and is easily available. In cereal grains – Barley, Oatmeal and Oat-bran contain fiber content that is good for your health. In case of fruits Apple, Banana, Peach, Blackberries, Peach, Pear and Plum contain dietary fiber. Legumes are also rich source of fiber content such as Black beans, kidney beans, Lima beans, Navy beans, Lentils, Chick peas and black eyed peas. Fresh vegetables like Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and Carrots provide rich fiber. Eating them on a regular basis could help you to get essential nutrients in your system and ward off diseases that may affect your heart and digestive system.
