The past 2 weeks have been crazy busy with 2 exams for me and too much to study (the bad weather of last week helped a lot the learning process). Luckily, along came, let's say, summer (+23° is an unusual phenomenon in the Netherlands in April) right when I finished the exams and then I realized that Maastricht actually has a pretty large population. I mean, the past weekend, there were kids everywhere playing, biking, running and all the cafes were full. If you're living in Maastricht I urge you to go to Cafe Zuid. They have the best coffee and if you're coming from Eastern Europe is the closest thing to one of our cafes - might just be the best place in town for me.
