Bollywood actress turned producer and former beauty queen Dia Mirza finally tied the knot with long time boyfriend Sahil Sangha, a producer on October 18th at a farmhouse in New Delhi.
The marriage ceremony was held according to the Arya Samaj rituals. The marriage took place in the presence of relatives and close friends. This will be followed by a big reception in Mumbai.
The couple have known each other since 2009 and confirmed their relationship in April 2014, after their formal engagement. Their friendship started when Sahil visited the Hyderabadi princess Dia Mirza to narrate the script of a film. After dating each other for a long time, Sahil proposed Dia in 2014.
Dia’s kanyadaan was done by the versatile actor Boman Irani, whom she considers as a father figure. She was dazzling in a Ritu Kumar’s outfit whereas Sahil looked stunning in a Raghavendra Rathore-designed outfit.
They have a film production company named “Born Free Entertainment”. Their first film was “Love Breakups Zindagi” and the second one was “Bobby Jasoos”.
