Recently I was sent this Delimano ceramic roasting pan to review. Delimano are an up and coming Italian brand and the ceramica coating they use offers a thin, safe, durable, smooth and completely non-stick surface. The non stick quality means less oil is needed therefore resulting in lower fat cooking. I was sceptical as I have used plenty of 'non-stick' pans that claim no oil is needed, only to be left disappointed.
When my pan arrived, the one thing I was surprised at is the weight. Considering it is massive (35x25cm) it is so light! I made a cottage pie in mine and to test the non-stick quality, I didn't grease my pan at all. When it was cooked, it barely stuck to the sides or bottom at all unlike with all my other pans. It was so easy to clean afterwards and of course, meant the food was lower fat.
I am really impressed with this product and think the whole range looks great! It's durable, safe, lightweight and really non-stick, what more could you want?!
