December 2016 IPSY Review

I have been a long time subscriber to Ipsy. I have subscribed since their second bag. I seriously love this subscription! It is so inexpensive, yet they usually have a great value to the bag. The bags are so fun. I use the bags to keep my makeup and brushes in when I travel. They often include brands I have never heard of and brands I have. They include FULL SIZE products and deluxe size samples. I have found many holy grail items because of Ipsy.

This month’s bag design wasn’t my favorite. I am not a fan of the fuzzy. However, it works for the holidays. I couldn’t wait to dig in and see what all I received!

REVIEW OF ITEMS:

Hikari Liquid Eyeliner in Iris ($15)

This is a FULL SIZE! I really love that this eyeliner is not black. I like the color and I will definitely try it.

NYX Prismatic Shadow in Fireball ($5.99) (af.link)

This is a FULL SIZE! I love NYX products and this shadow is gorgeous. I love how pigmented it is and I can’t wait to create a look with it.

Tarte Maracuja Oil (af.link)

This is a sample size. I have heard amazing things about this oil and I love Tarte products. I can’t wait to use it!

Ciate London Liquid Velvet in Pin Up (af.link)

This is a deluxe size. I also really love this brand. This liquid lipstick is gorgeous. I really love the shade and it is so pigmented. I also love the applicator. I couldn’t wait to try it on my lips. I love how it feels and it was so easy to apply. This lip product is a HUGE win for me.

Jersey Shore Cosmetics Peppermint Moisture Rich Hydrating Balm ($10)

This is a FULL SIZE! Lip balms are an essential in the winter. I really love the scent of this balm and I will use it.

OVERALL IMPRESSION:

I loved my bag this month! I really didn’t think I was going to like it from the reveal. However, I LOVE it. I am just so in love with the liquid lipstick and eyeshadow. This was a great bag! I am looking forward to trying all of the products. I can’t wait to see what January holds. I can’t believe Ipsy is only $10! I will continue to subscribe to Ipsy! DUH!!
