Dani Crawshaw is an incredibly talented illustrator who began working as a broadcast journalist, reading news on the radio, reporting for tv stations and writing for newspapers. After writing stories and drawing photos for friends and family she decided to branch out and start her own website..her illustrations have even been featured on the Wedding Link.
When Dani contacted me, I was immediately drawn to her books, I've never heard of someone creating these before, especially personalised ones, they're a one of a kind gift you just can't be without, it's exciting to see what you look like through someone else's creative vision too. The idea of using illustrations to depict your own life is genius (I can't draw to save my life). She can create the story on anything you like, it's your life after all :) a few ideas are pictured below
This is the perfect gift for Father's Day, a little story of just the two of them, from the first meeting at the birth up until the present day, focusing on the moments that made him smile the most or even caused some happy tears. You're in full control here, you could even create what you think will be in the future, teaching your little one to walk, talk, ride a bike, first day of school, wedding day etc..you could hide it away in a special keepsake box and look at it when they're bigger, see if you were right :), let your imagination run free :)Here are a few examples of her work, absolutely amazing!
