Customer Thankful for Fleetmatics Account Manager

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we bring you a customer who is beyond thankful for the services that a fleet tracking solution can provide. Jean Hodges, of Virginia Energy Services, took to Customer Connect to share a story about her experience with Fleetmatics. Customer Connect is a platform for Fleetmatics clients to share fleet tracking reviews and unique stories about implementation, results, and success.

Hodges credits Fleetmatics account manager Corey Hanvey for a successful implementation process.  She noted that Corey stayed in touch and made sure everything was running smoothly during the process. “There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t use our tracking system,” says Hodges. “It has helped keep the time sheets accurate and lets me know when employees are using the vehicles for things other than work.”

In addition to being able to identify and stop misuse of company vehicles, Virginia Energy Services has also improved routing. Hodges was able to help an employee who was lost in the mountain area of Madison County, Virginia. “I was able to track where he was and with the mapping system, guide him in the right direction,” she recalled.
