Cozy Comfort is Today’s Theme! — Fashion Friday & Food

Layering up for the colder months is important in helping us feel warm and cozy. These ideas below all incorporate some form of layering, as well as some personal style to keep it contemporary.

I came across LITTLE MISS FEARLESS’s blog yesterday after finding one of her Pins on Pinterest. Check out her blog; she’s fashion savvy with lots of good ideas for style and colors.

This photo, taken by Martin Nemov, is great example of layering up for colder days. Love the mittens, the fur, and the big scarf.

The neutral, monotone colors and big scarf are working here. Mixing textures works to give you that cozy feel.

Stripes, boots, jacket and sweater…all offering warmth. I know when I wear my boots with socks, I stay nice warm all day long!

Finally, this is the “fancy cozy” layering look. It’s quite simple, but again, the neutrals are all working together. And that gray fur…tremendous.
