Count Down to September #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I've had a good month. I only need to average a half hour a day to finish my goal of 1200 minutes. A relatively cool and dry August definitely helped along with my new occasional practice of yoga in the early morning.
