Could Aspirin Have Saved Our Last 3 Babies?

Could aspirin have saved our last 3 babies?
The other morning, I randomly came across this article and it really struck a cord with me. It seems a similar story to ours; we have had 3 recurrent miscarriages despite there being no real reason for them apart from 'bad luck'. I also have many symptoms of the Hughes disease talked about in the article such as headaches/migraines nearly daily, extreme exhaustion and stomach problems.
Despite the testing coming back 'fine' when we had Rocco and myself checked, the doctors did mention that next time I should try taking aspirin everyday. They never really explained why (although I knew aspirin thinned the blood) but now it kind of all makes sense. The Hughes disease is an auto-immune disease that makes the blood 'sticky' and therefore can cause recurrent miscarriages, as the blood can't pass through the placenta normally, meaning the baby is starved of oxygen eventually.
From the same symptoms and 3 recurrent miscarriages, it does seem like I could have this disease; especially as it seems like my babies hearts just stopped beating, no other explanation. As many of the symptoms are the same with lots of different auto-immune diseases, they can be hard to diagnose and when I spoke to the doctor yesterday, she didn't really want to test me as the results will be so vague and inconclusive, still not giving us a clear answer.
She recommended we try the aspirin next time as well and see if it works, if it does, it could simply be coincidence or it could signal I do have Hughes disease. She said apart from that there isn't much else we can do but 'wait and see' next time round.
'Wait and see' seems terrifying, especially as we know how it could end but in a way it gives us hope. There is no explanation, meaning there is no definite problem. There is nothing ruling out another healthy pregnancy and nothing saying we can't have baby number 2. We will definitely ensure we take aspirin next time and hope for the best. It seems so disappointing and frustrating that something so simple could have saved our babies, but at the same time, it also gives us hope that something so simple will give us the future baby we long for.
