Robin & Victoria’s Corfe Castle engagement shoot seems quite a while ago now, especially when they married the week before Christmas!
… This shoot seems to be a post that slipped the net.
Back in October we met up and a crisp Autumn morning at the historic and beautiful setting of Corfe Castle, Purbecks, Dorset. The choice of location being partly due to their wedding venue (Mortons House) only a stones throw away and being a December wedding, the chances were likely that the wonderful backdrop would not be available.
Winter weddings being limited in daylight often cut the amount of photographic ‘wedding portrait’ opportunities, but what you lose in one area, you often make up in others.
Robin & Victoria were great to capture in this dramatic setting, with crisp light in abundance it provided great opportunities with a Corfe Castle engagement shoot. The resulting set of images reflecting their characters and great connection.
Their Mortons House wedding will be published shortly, being one of the first displayed on my newly designed website. Watch this space…
