Well-known actor-comedian of Hollywood, Tracy Morgan will be hosting the Billboard Music Awards 2013. The actor’s eight seasons on “Saturday Night Live” and seven on “30 Rock” has made him one of TV’s funniest stars.
Billboard announced that Tracy Morgan will be hosting the show on May 19th from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The show will be aired live on ABC.
The 44 year old actor said: “I’m honoured to be a part of one of music’s biggest nights. When you look at the artists who have come up through Billboard over the years, it’s incredible. And, how can you say no when musician Prince is going to be there.”
Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift and Miguel will perform at the show. The 54 year old Prince will be receiving the Billboard Icon Award. He will also perform at the awards show.
