This weekend I hit the St-Vincent de Paul monthly half price sale which coincide with the welfare cheque, funny to say but around this area considered up and coming a vast portion of the population is under the poverty line and on welfare- That means that on the first of the month banks, supermarkets and charity shops are busy -I love this area, it's so friendly and easy going I lived pretty well all over the city but this area is my favorite so far St-Vincent de Paul items are dirt cheapI found among other things this 90s top
