Today I have a new polish by Cirque called NYFW. It's the first release of the new Metropolis collection which will contain a monthly release centered around New York City. NYFW is described as an ultramarine blue creme and it has a great formula. It applies flawlessly and is opaque in two easy coats. Here I used two coats with no top coat.
