I have a polish that I received from my buddy Susan for my birthday to share with you. I never thought I'd get Fleur est Belle because it was a Mei Mei's Signatures special. So I was really happy when Susan sent it to me.
Fleur est Belle is a sheer rose jelly base packed with pink, gold and green glitter. It applies really well and gives lots of glitter coverage. Here I used two coats and no top coat.
