Chvrches just today released yet another single, “Gun”, and while I really appreciate their industriousness, it unfortunately pales to the outrageously catchy “Recover.” Waaaaay too bubble gum pop for me, fringing on Carly Rae Jepsen levels. Maybe these Scots aren’t as prodigious as I had hoped… :-/
