Chubby Girl Gets Skinny: Lifestyle Diary 9

By Elisabeth @onecutedoc

I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I did terrible with my goals this week. I really didn't stick to any of them. It was such a stressful week and I completely fell off the healthy lifestyle wagon. It was also my birthday week so I didn't follow the rules. I know it is awful, but this really is my struggle. I know within time...I will live the lifestyle I am destined to live. I will accomplish all my goals and achieve a healthy lifestyle. I am NOT going to beat myself up. I am going to pick up the pieces and really get serious. Again, I ate terribly and snacked on so much candy this week. Almost every day I ate a whole bag of M&Ms and gummy worms. I made terrible choices and that isn't an is the truth. It is beyond time that I tell myself I AM WORTH IT and I WILL DO THIS!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). Make sure you follow her along in her journey here! She is so lovely and I am just beyond proud of her. We are also working on a project for June that will make it easy for you all to join us! It will be like one big lifestyle change family. If you are a blogger, it will also be a way to gain more exposure. I can't wait to share it with you all! I want it to be a place where women and men of all sizes can come and share their journey! Everyone will be welcome!

The stunning Japs from MissInformation is also joining us! She will be updating her lifestyle change along with her OOTD! How clever! Make sure you follow along in her journey here! She is so beautiful and I love her fashion! Definitely, check out her posts too!

Today's Thought-Provoking Question:

Q: Birthday week so taking a break

I took a break this week. I also haven't blogged as much as normal. It was my birthday week so I ate terribly. However, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and I am starting over tomorrow. It is time I tell myself...I AM WORTH IT and I DESERVE to have a healthy lifestyle. I had a better week this week, but it was stressful in the beginning. I took a break from blogging and will pick it up again on Sunday (6/26). It is important to take a break every once in awhile. Blogging takes so much time, but it is so worth it. I have many exciting posts and projects planned for the future. I wanted to take some time to really think about where I want this blog to go and how I am going to get there. I love you all and am just beyond blessed to have you all on this journey with me. WE CAN DO THIS...THIS THING CALLED LIFE!

How are all of you doing on your lifestyle journey? I would love to know!

Make sure you check out Brie's Week 3 and Japs post and follow them on their journey and goals. Also, if you would like to join us...let us know! The more the merrier.
