Chubby Girl Gets Skinny: Lifestyle Diary 7.6

I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast and lunch. For dinner, I had Japanese food! So yummy! I haven't started using the portion control containers but I plan to soon!

I spent 30 minutes outside today! I have finished all my workouts for this week! I did a quick stretch this morning and it felt so amazing! I loved starting the day without electronics!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). Make sure you follow her along in her journey here! She is so lovely and I am just beyond proud of her. We are also working on a project for June that will make it easy for you all to join us! It will be like one big lifestyle change family. If you are a blogger, it will also be a way to gain more exposure. I can't wait to share it with you all! I want it to be a place where women and men of all sizes can come and share their journey! Everyone will be welcome!

Q: What smells make you happy?

A: Freshly cooked food, the ocean, flowers, fall scents! What about you? What are some smells that make you happy?

Work was awful today! People were so rude and it was extremely busy! I am so exhausted! I also want to let you all know that starting next week I will be doing CGGS as a weekly post. It will be up on Wednesday and will include a summary of the week. This way I have more time to blog and my page isn't crowded with CGGS posts. I will update daily on the Facebook Group which you can join below! I hope you all are okay with that!
