I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast (however I did have some sausage)! My lunch was also yummy! I love peanut butter on celery. For dinner, I had Pizza Hut. I know terrible! I really need to work on eating out so much. I have eaten out SO many times this week. I also had some peanut butter chocolate ice cream. Next, week I really need to get my eating habits under control. I have bought portion containers to help.
I spent 30-minutes outside today! I didn't stretch this morning but I plan to include this goal next week! I really want to start stretching.

A: People throwing up! I am seriously deathly afraid and totally panic. It is so awful. What about you? What are you most scared of?
Today, work really dragged. People were not as rude though so that is great! How are all of you doing on your lifestyle journey? I would love to know!
