Chubby Girl Gets Skinny: Lifestyle Diary 5.5

I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast! For lunch, I splurged a little. I had a brownie and some leftover fries. I haven't begun watching my portions but plan to tomorrow. For dinner, I had a random assortment of stuff. I didn't eat too well today and I need to get back on track with my plan!

I took a break from working out today. I will be back on it tomorrow!

I DID IT TODAY! I woke up at 6:30am! I am so proud of myself!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). Today, work was really slow. It just dragged on! I am just so exhausted for some reason and my body is so sore!
