Chubby Girl Gets Skinny: Lifestyle Diary 5.3

I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast and lunch. I haven't begun watching my portions but plan to tomorrow. For dinner, I had Subway. It is definitely one of the more healthier fast food options. However, I did have a second pop! Back to only water tomorrow!

I did a 30-minute walk today. I just love moving! I also didn't wake up at 6:30am, but I did wake up at 7:00am. This is the week I am going to accomplish that goal!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). Today, work was really slow. It just dragged on! I hope tomorrow is busier.
